The kids had fun with pools and slides, that was the most important thing.

I liked how accomodating the staffs aspecially their life gaurds.

I didn’t like that there were activities that they said online would be available but is not when we arrived (entertainment building- karaoke etc.)

It was a good stay for 2 days-1 night.

I liked how there were variety of pools and slides.

I didnt like that some activities were not enjoy due to unavailablility of facility (which was not mentioned).

Overpriced and old

Nothing.

So overpriced. Accomodation is getting old and the bungalow was like going back 20 years ago. Only the cokroach in the bathroom was new and not wanted. Never again.

This could be an amazing resort hotel with a refurbishment and more attention to detail.

Great pools. Good set up at beachfront with easy jet ski rental and plenty of leisure activities for the kids. The pool bar is good with friendly staff.

Rooms are very dated and tired. Badly in need of refurbishment. I stayed here around 6 years ago with the family and everything was really good so we were disappointed. Evening dinner was very good Filipino food but staff not too attentive. Breakfast was terrible on both days..!! Badly organised, awful food and staff disinterested. Having stayed in really nice hotels in Manila and Boracay I feel it’s very expensive given the standard of the rooms and f&b.

FAR BELOW EXPECTATIONS

There was really nothing that we liked for that kind of price we pay.

Breakfast was below limits in an to hot dining room and not enough space for all the guests. Room do not look like from what we booked. Resort was over crowded. This resort is overrated in many ways. No coffee or thee facilities. We booked 2 nights and left the resort already after the first night. The room was terrible,no windows,no privacy,basic shower. for all of this we pay around 400 Euro for 2 nights . One can stay in a lot high class hotels fort that price.

Improvements

Most of the staff are accommodating except those in the front desk, they can be friendlier and kind when speaking. Also they should greet the guests accordingly. They can learn from the housekeeping personnel.

The drainage of our room stank up the whole room and they can put a refrigerator as well. Bed is hard and pillows are deformed and uncomfortable. We had to have our pillow cases and sheets changed since they didn't smell nice at all. Our aircon was busted and was changed in the middle of the night.

The staffs are very polite and accomodating.

The facilities. Some of the pool and leisure facilities such as bowling and billiards are not open. Toilet Toilet in the rooms is not good. Shower in our room has no heater. Beach Very little shoreline.

the water is very dirty, it is the color of mud when you turn on the faucet, the price is very dirt but the service is not available, the blankets smell of used people and have blood on them. Old room is very expensive compared to 8k

Good enough. Would have paid less.

Hassle free check in, Clean room. Good food and location.

Noise from the other rooms. Room and facilities looks dated. Too expensive for the value received. Public bathrooms are unclean.

Disappointing

the breakfest buffet is rich.

the whole area is under construction. no access to the beach. for the pet they like 1000 piso extra per night.

Awesome and friendly staff. Nice view of the mountains. We enjoyed the food during our stay.

Not much bay area to walk by.

the water activities

the phone in the room wasn't working from ever since we checked in until our checkout (the next morning). they did not move our room or anything. they just sent a maintenance operator but he couldn't even do anything so they just left us without a phone. the shower only has cold water. there were plenty of bugs all around the room. my stay made fell like I was in a -1 start hotel

Pleasant

Staff are very friendly. Excellent restaurant and bar. The food quality and the serving is exceptional.

The rooms need updating. I stayed in one of the bungalow room S10. The connecting door that connects to the other room is not sound proof so we did heard everything from the next door room. And the hot water from the shower room is not strong enough. And the price for the quality of the hotel is expensive.

Bad

only thing nice about this place is the lovely staff, but other than this I would not waste your money.

Myself and my family only stayed for 1 night, but could not wait to leave. First of all, the hotel look absolutely nothing like the pictures online. the “beach” is a tiny area about 15 foot long, that is dirty and grey due to litter and a drain that empties onto the beach. secondly, we paid quite a lot considering it was a one night stay. for this we got an ok room, with a filthy bathroom. the shower either runs scalding hot or freezing cold, not acceptable when you have young children to wash. the sink was also broken and detaching from the wall, with broken tiles everywhere. we decided to spend our day playing in the pool, however after my children came out of the wave pool I noticed their hands and feet were covered in blue paint, which after a scalding shower still did not come off! I’m really disappointed in this place, as the photos look lovely. I would suggest to save your money and go elsewhere
