The gardens, the swimming pool and the staff. we stayed at the cabins. These rooms are basic but comfortable.
The small fridge in our room was not working. We asked the guy at front desk. He took a quick look and said to wait but the fridge still did not work. We wanted to cool our water. It was very hot.

This was our second stay at Guacamaya Lodge, and it was just as great as the first. The owners are incredibly attentive—when I mentioned the mattress was a bit firm due to a back issue, they quickly added a topper, which made a huge difference.
The property is welcoming and comfortable, the restaurant is excellent with a diverse menu and daily features, and the beach is beautiful with great swimming. The staff are all very friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back.

quiet location. nice pool area, good restaurant.
beds were not very comfortable, new mattresses would be an asset. the interior of the cabin was very basic, just a bed really. A little table and 2 chairs would have been nice. The super small fridge was kind of in the middle of the room. We were just missing some "Love".
