The hotel has exquisite views, gorgeous spaces and cozy ambiance. The staff go on and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. They even looked after my luggage for days while I went to the Great island.
Food was superb as well.

Nice boat options. Great pool and free paddle/kayak. Garden suite was nice. Friendly staff.
Superior family room needs modernising. Windows didn’t close properly, so noisy once other people were up. Garden room had quite a damp smell after loads of rain. There was a blackout and felt staff could have been more informative or helpful with options as had no food/or way to get phones charged. Food could be improved portions too big and too many options so quality suffered a bit

The location is amazing. They have a great view. The rooms are exactly like the pictures and are very comfortable. We really enjoyed that they have kayaks and bikes for us to use. (Bikes are very old).
The problem with our stay was that the hotel was under construction. It’s okay that they are adding more to the property but they should close the hotel until it’s finished. They started at 7:30am and the noise from the construction could be heard in the rooms and everywhere on the property.
We also didn’t appreciate the nosiness of the breakfast. They were setting up the scuba boat right on the deck of breakfast. Even if you wanted to enjoy a peaceful morning with the beautiful view it was impossible with the busyness.
