A golferโs delight! Located on The Palms 18 hole golf course with four courses within 10 minutes of this 2 bedroom, 2 bath air conditioned house with private screened in pool. Family room with a pull out couch. Master bedroom with queen size bed. Guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. Can sleep at least 5 or 6 total. Washer and dryer in attached garage. Lots of closet space. Includes cable and Internet access. Quiet deeded community with local hiking trails within minutes and only 15 minutes away by car from Englewood beach, shops, restaurants and night life. Located between Venice and Port Charlotte. Many boat tours and boat rentals available in the area. Catch a Stone Crabs โTampa Bay Raysโ minor league baseball game only a half hour away. There is no Hot Tub or Grill at residence.

We enjoying our month in this lovely home. It was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The pool was a plus which we used almost daily. Host was available for questions at all times. We would certainly rent again. Thank you.

This property was okay. It is older and in need of updating. Thankfully the weather was great and we spent most of our time at the beach. Sparsely furnished.
