This was our second year renting this house. We love the location and the amenities, although we were greeted with mold this time coming out of some of the vents. We called the company and they said they would put in a work order, but no one ever came. Overall we had a great stay and would rent with Beach Realty again.

The location was great. The outside pool area was beautiful and clean. It was a short walk to the beach and you could see the ocean from the living area. Beautiful view! The house is in need of general maintenance/cleaning and TLC (leaky sink, mold on air vents, corroded sharp bathtub spout, loose knobs, old slider doors that cannot easily be opened, broken outdoor grill, two spindles on outdoor deck were loose, stained quilts and pillows) Overall we had an amazing time as the location was perfect and the outside area was beautiful. Likely would find another house to stay at, but it did not take away from our trip.
