Comfortable apartment in a quiet area of Cannaregio, but in a lively , very " venetian" , 7/8 minutes from the train station. You can easily find a short walk from the main places that are not crowded with tourists .
You can get to Rialto in 14 minutes and about 18 minutes in Piazza San Marco. Near the house is on the market for fruit and vegetables , shops, restaurants , a bank and a supermarket. The apartment is located on the first floor is 46 square meters. , Has a double bedroom , a well equipped kitchen , a living room with comfortable sofa bed, bathroom with shower. The apartment is very well equipped (towels, sheets , cleaning products ) food commodities (oil , vinegar, salt , pepper, sugar , aluminum, etc ...) . The decor is modern and functional.
Perfect for a family with children, even very small , the apartment is also equipped with a cot and a high chair, but it is also perfect for a couple on a romantic getaway

My wife and I had an excellent stay at the apartment. The apartment is very close to grocery stores, restaurants and a Vaporetto stop. The apartment os just a short distance down a narrow street from the busy Main Street winding through Venice, yet it is very private and quiet.

Well stocked and clean. Good directions for getting around Venice. Once the vaporetto system was figured out it was easy to get around. Close to restaurants and stores. WIFI worked, but heat was turned off and it was cold there. But we were layered with our wardrobe so it was okay. Nice area away from tourist area. Language no problem with locals. They were happy to see Americans!

Just what we wanted: a typical Venetian apartment. Super clean, well appointed kitchen. We were steps from markets, grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this listing and host!

This was a nice apartment in a great area of Venice. Lots of good restaurants nearby but away from the bigger crowds
