Everything was great, the lovely and pretty apartment was very clean and the comminication was quick and friendly.
The cosy apartment is perfect for 2pax and is located next to El Cotillo Beach. A nearer place is almost impossible to find.
We would really love to come back here, soon.

Sehr nettes kleines Appartment, direkt am wunderbaren Strand.
Persönlich eingerichtetes gemütliches Appartment direkt am schönen Strand von Cotillo Lagos. Perfekt gelegen für Leute die ein morgentliches Bad im Meer lieben. Gute Betten für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Die Schneidemesser in der Küche dürften etwas schärfer geschliffen sein. Ansonsten habe ich mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

We hebben twee heerlijke weken gehad in dit gezellige appartement met een heerlijk, windvrij terras en het strand zo dichtbij. Het heeft ons aan niets ontbroken. We komen vast nog een keer terug. Een kleine tip: iets meer verlichting boven het aanrecht.

Idyllic peaceful and perfect retreat!
We spent a fabulous week at Maria's beautiful house on the beach. We were made to feel very welcome by Maria and the house had everything we could possibly need. The situation was perfect being right on the beach. Comfortable , homely, spotlessly clean and the place had a wonderful energy. Highly recommend this house for a chill out break... Thank you again Maria x

Wunderbarer Urlaub in wunderbarer Ferienwohnung!
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, mit seitlichem Blick aufs Meer. Süd-Ost-Lage. Spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge sind garantiert. Der direkte Strandzugang ist super. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, auch die Terrasse ist gemütlich. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

schöne kleine Auszeit vom Schmuddelwetter
Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sie ist gut gelegen, ruhig, nur wenige Meter vom Strand.Nach 10 Minuten Fußmarsch ist man auch im alten Ortsteil .Vor allem die schön gestaltete Terrasse mit dem grossen Schirm haben wir genossen. Die Betreuung war auch sehr gut.

Once again a wonderful time spent at Maria’s. We love that this appartment is so close to the beach, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Always very clean when we arrive and nothing is too much trouble for Maria. Mucho gracias Maria see you and Lula in October x

Very clean and tidy appartment. Barbara and Maria very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Perfect location for beach, shops and restaurants. Cannot wait to return and would highly recommend to all. Ps Maria a fridge with an icebox would make it perfect !

Clean property only faults were there was no WiFi and no ice box, and could have done with an oven apart from that a brilliant on the beach holiday.

The apartment is in the perfect location and adequately equipped. On arrival to El Cotilla we were met by Barbara who gave us a very warm welcome and helped us to settle in. The provision of wi fi would have made our holiday even better.

Lovely spot by the beach
Apartment was beautiful, tidy, small but comfortable. Kitchen with two ring cooker, microwave, kettle and pots/pans and cutlery good enough to cook most nights for three weeks. Shower with washing machine all worked fine, and also the safe in the bedroom was useful to store valuables. Even managed to watch some TV series in English once we found the setting to disable the dubbing into Spanish.
The location is perfect, right by the beach, and plenty space to eat and sit outside in the well kept garden, which was sheltered from the prevailing winds and got plenty sun in the morning especially.

Close to the complex , 10 minutes away, there is a very nice beach for swimming with a cafe and toilets. I would recommend the place for location and amenities.

Perfect location
My husband and i, and our 7 month old baby were visiting El Cotillo for the first time. The apartment and its location was exactly what we wanted from our stay. A small, clean and basic apartment that was right next to the beach with a lovely family vibe. Maria the owner had put a travel cot in especially for us, which was extremely helpful.
My only gripe was having to speak with a spanish girl upon arrival to get directions to the apartment. The girl's english wasn't good, and my spanish is very bad! This made for a very frustrating few phone calls when i was really tired from the journey. It would also have been helpful to have been given information on certain things in the apartment; location of clothes rack, washing machine and WIFI address (if there was wifi?). Other than this it was the perfect stay!
