Great Cozy hotel just in downtown, 5 min walking from the ferry pier, close to all restaurants, bars, stores and tour agencies. We took the suite 2 with a sea view and it was really worth it! Room was big with a balcony and all necessary items one might need. Near is a common lounge zone with a kitchen you can use in case you want to o cook. Breakfasts were always delicious and fresh-Vita gracias for that. Carlos was extremely helpful, making sure all our questions and requests were solved immediately. He organized transport to the airport for us and helped with luggage. We were also blessed to have an earlier check in, as the room was ready and clean.. By the way - housekeeping was excellent as well. Really recommend this hotel.

Lovely, simple but comfortable, hotel. Great location in the centre of town. Friendly and really helpful staff checked us in very early and allowed us to leave our bags in the hotel a couple of days after our stay when we were transiting back through Santa Cruz en route from Isabella to San Cristobal. Good breakfast.

Close to the center of town and the docks, super friendly and helpful staff. Our room had a nice balcony with a view of the harbor.
The balcony also overlooked the trashy yard next door.
