La comodidad de las habitaciones. El lugar es precioso, cercano al centro. Nos recibieron con un riquísimo jugo de naranja.
Se ocuparon de gestionar reservas para muchas de nuestras excursiones.

El desayuno fue increíble y tiene excelentes anfitrionas. Hicimos una reserva de último momento, al cierre del horario de check in, y nos esperaron y recibieron muy atentamente. También estuvieron pendientes de nuestros gustos y necesidades.
Un lugar magnífico para descansar, muy próximo al centro pero silencioso y tranquilo. Las camas eran muy cómodas. La ubicación es privilegiada.

For the Galapagos, the location was very good, the staff was very good and very nice. They cleaned our room every day, i was not expecting this and the breakfast is very good. They even accomodate you for an early breakfast or breakfast to go if you plan to leave early. They also take the time to get you a taxi ahead of time for tour departure.
All those surprise cost that where not shown in this website. The fact that i selected accomodations that included transportation to and from the airport, this one popped up and yet we had to figure out our way to and back from this hotel. So the price was a lie even though it seems cheap, if you travel at low budget it adds up very quickly. Plus if i choose with transport included, it should have been included, period. Once we got there, they then aak to pay cash at the price shown on this site or if you choose to pay with credit card they then add taxes AND admin fees of approx 45 USD. To be fair, it seems to be a local practice everywhere, including all restaurants and shops.
And the AC in the room was broken, they sent a guy to 'fix it' which took all day, and never worked.
