The room was great, spacious and quiet. Beds were comfortable.
The staff was a bit unbothered by any request, but maybe this was a language problem rather than an attitude problem. Anyway, very strict on check-in and check-out time. Asked for a late check-out, and they would have charged me almost the same amount as I paid for the full night...(?!?)

I had a lovely stay. Very friendly staff, rooms are comfortable and clean. Thanks to Jonatan and the entire teams from the hotel and the tour operator for making my stay memorable

A good hotel for a stay on Santa Cruz. For the reasonable price, you get a good hotel. It has everything you need, the breakfast is adequate, and there are dining options nearby.
The walls in the room could use a fresh coat of paint

shower was good a/c worked although noisy
noisy at night from nearby club?, very noisy in the morning from 0530 with people leaving for tours and ferries shouting from top floor to the bottom!
