The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very big, big enough for 4 people (I booked for 1 person). Balconies, close to the beach, 40 min from port and 20 minutes to the airport with bus.
Beds and sheets weren't that comfortable, the air conditioning was fine but it was placed in the sitting room so you will need to cool the whole room before you sleep.

The staff at the property is absolutely amazing and accommodating in every sense of the word. The 2 bedroom apartment was so spacious and convenient for a family! The pool was great for kids and the location was awesome

The most kindest staff I have ever met. I was travelling alone but felt so safe and they helped me in every question I had. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I will go back!

I truly want to give here 10/10 however considering the missing things, it is not possible. From the beginning till my check out everything went well. I stayed there 9 days. The staff is very diligent and kind. The location is exactly what I was looking for, so I have no complaints. The bus stop is just nearby. I knew where I was going to. The apartment I rented was spacious and like in the pictures. So no surprises. Internet was working well. Plugs were working well. You have enough space to settle. The cleaning is excellent. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Beds were comfortable. The pool was clean. Kitchen was almost functional. The breakfast was not open buffet but for me at least it was enough as I do not eat so much or looking for something 5star. It was delicious.
However, the bathroom is a disaster. The shower was extremely tiny even for a person like me (165cm). The entire bathroom condition was very poor. Stains are everywhere. The AC is located in the living room so no air conditioning in the bedroom which was very challenging during night. The pictures of kitchen shows pots and pans but when I arrived there and asked, they told me that they do not have a hot kitchen licence, so do not expect to cook or heat something there. In this case, at least a microwave should have been installed in such big apartment. I also didn’t like the key leaving rule. Basically when you leave the hotel, you have to leave your key to the box at the reception and collect once you return. I have never seen such thing before. It was awkward every time i asked for it. When you leave the hotel multiple times per day, it feels weird.
