The sweeping view of the Atlantic Ocean and Calibogue Sound is stunning and visible from nearly every room. The 180+ degree water views are only available on the 4 "corner" units at Beachside Tennis. The superb South Beach location (oceanfront, 4th floor corner WITH ELEVATOR) and comfort of this villa make it a star on our roster of often re-visited properties. We've just installed all new smart TV's and offer high speed WiFi with secure connection. Plus- the beach and oceanfront pool are literally right outside your door. This villa boasts an exceptionally outfitted kitchen with all new appliances, opening into a dining area with seating for 6, and beyond to the living area and wrap-around waterfront balcony. The spacious living area features a 75" LCD flat screen HDTV, Sonos sound, and BluRay. Two bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with fluffy pillows as well as all digital TV and Netflix. The bathrooms are fully renovated and sparkling clean. There is also in-unit laundry and whole-house water filtration. WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps, even coffee supplies. We also stock beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, even a mini Shibumi beach shade. All you have to do is come and enjoy.
