Everything was spot on. Great location. Very friendly host. Bathroom was beautiful and shower massive and clean.

The room and ensuite were both very spacious, modern and clean. The bed was comfortable and AC worked really well.
There is no reception so not your typical B&B (more something like Air B&B). The communication wasn’t great, we had to wait for someone to let us in. Also on the first day we got a voucher for a typical Italian breakfast (coffee, crossaint and glass of juice) in nearby cafe but the following two days we were not offered the same courtesy.

room was so so. very loud at night with the motorcycles and barking dogs, the bed too soft and too low couldn't really use the kitchen no pots and pans
