Relax next the pool, or take a nice walk in this quiet neighborhood. Minutes away from the Polo Showgrounds and 10 minutes to the Wellington Green Mall. CityPlace downtown and beaches are a short drive. Great for golf, polo enthusiast and family's getaway. 30 minutes to the beach.

The guesthouse was a great value, priced appropriately. Everything was clean with adequate amount of linens. It was nice to have the washer and dryer available. We only used the pool a few times but the patio area was a great place to relax outside. We felt safe with the gated property and lovely neighborhood. Contact with the host was minimal but prompt. We enjoyed our stay close to family.

Beautiful property in a very beautiful area in Wellington. Guest house was very neat and clean. Lee Ann answered any questions we had in a timely manner.

Cute guesthouse. Conveniently located to attractions and events. Communication with host good. Had one question about exiting gated grounds without vehicle (for walking the neighborhood) as it seemed you couldn't activate the sensor for the gate by walking. Question may have been inadvertently missed by host. A couple of minor things to consider: table lamps for living area and bedrooms for working on computers or reading and treating septic/water (if possible, other than rid-x and pumping) as there was a strong smell in bathroom and back bedroom at times. Its definitely understandable this would happen with the water table level and swamp lands in the southern part of Florida. Other than this, it was good.

The good: good location, safe neighborhood, and pretty property, quiet, comfy beds, good price. The bad: not well kept up inside (dead bugs in light fixtures, dead bulbs in multiple light fixtures, no bedside lamps, no hand towels in bath). No ability to log onto your own streaming accounts to watch TV and owner does not care to fix that (I tried, so you are stuck watching... nothing really). Good communication with host.
