We had such a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend it! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly and were immediately offered some tea, which made us feel right at home. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and have great air conditioning. Everything is really well organized, and the hosts are incredibly helpful. They are happy to arrange everything for you, including taxis and anything else you might need, so you don’t have to worry about organizing things yourself. The hospitality was amazing, and we felt very well taken care of during our stay. We would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Anyone who's travelled in Sri Lanka probably knows that the hospitality here is amazing! Accomodation hosts are always welcoming and so happy to help. Even knowing that, the family at Priya Vimana Resort blew us away!! Their kindness, generosity and enthusiasm in welcoming us, organising activities and spending time with us was out of this world! We arrived as strangers and left as adopted daughters. We now have family in Sri Lanka and are already planning our next trip haha. My cousin and I have been travelling Asia together for the last 6 weeks, we've met many fantastic people but Vimal, Manakee, Dinisha, Nadeesha, Hiran and Sandy have a special place in our hearts. From the time of booking to the end of our trip, they were available to help and quick to reply to any enquiries. They organised our 2.5hr taxi from Wilpattu NP to Habarana - the guy was lovely and punctual. They offered suggestions for activities - herbal village, massage, cultural dance, try on a sari and more. Vimal (our new adopted father) owns a tuk tuk and was available to drive us everywhere. Throughout our 4 day stay, we learned lots of Sinhala, ate Manakee's wonderful dinners and fabulous breakfasts and really just fell in love with Sri Lanka! The room was gorgeous with a double bed, mosquito net and a mini fridge. Very comfy and lots of space. I especially loved the front patio space where we ate our meals and you can observe all the native wildlife in their beautiful garden. In addition, they told us to call if we ever needed assistance post departure. They arranged a 6hr taxi from Kandy to Arugum Bay for us. Absolutely wonderful hosts, the whole family are so sweet and caring. They couldn't do enough for you! The grounds are beautiful and I loved eating delicious breakfasts and dinner just outside my room with a view of the garden. The room and bathroom are clean and the bed comfy! Great location for Habarana town and a short distance away from top attractions which the family will happily help you organise. 100% would recommend!

While the activities were great, I think if you shop around you may be able to find them at better value elsewhere. My safari was an amazing experience, however the guide the hosts chose spoke limited English which was a little disappointing as I would've liked to learn more about the national park and animals.
