The staff are way friendly. Worth mentioning Henry,Jake shen,Alice Zheng and the restaurant supervisor
The play area was great. Handy with a little one.
A good area to have a run too and there's a gym with big screens fitted(didn't get to do any thou)
The mixture of Western and Asian cuisines both breakfast and dinner
Kids got spoilt with gifts
Got fruits upon arrival and a different day which was a good surprise
-The room just needs a little bit of upgrade. Especially the room we stayed at there were signs of mold that was treated and area not repainted
-The air conditioning wasn't great a few nights was warm despite having set it to the coolest.
-App in booking. com says Kids club. Think it's different to the soft play they have (there was none as to our understanding kids club we have people minding the kids)

Room is spacious & bed is comfy too. Friendly & polite staff.
Breakfast is very good, tasty & got lots of variety (even though breakfast is inclusive in my booking but it is only meant for 1 person!)
Cleaning service (especially the toilet) perhaps can be more detail.
