Excellent host ! Extremely responsive and helpful (fast too). Thank you so much George ! I have stayed exclusively in many holiday homes for my vacays and this is one of the very few that feels like a home. Tastefully furnished with beautiful textiles (cushions and sofa), yes yes I appreciate stuff like this :-D Also the ONLY holiday home that has plenty of hooks and electrical plugs in the bathroom, common doorway, bedrooms (small details with maximum efficiency - so nice!). Kitchen is also well furnished with equipment and stocked with welcome coffee capsules, a pack of juice, and bottled water.
The outdoor area is beautiful, plenty of space, plants, big trees ... very well done. We sat outside for breakfast almost every day.
The location is excellent for beaches - Sivota is a small town, we came deliberately late with season ending, so no crowds. Had the weather been better, I would have spent a lot more time in the water. We were not particularly impressed with the restaurants here, probably because everyone was closing up and the offerings were limited but there is a small greek pub (if you can call it that, appropriately called *like the old times* translated) where the locals gather for a board game, drinks and food. Friendly service and food was good.
If you venture out to the next bigger town Igoumenitsa, there is a small family run seafood tavern just at the entrance of the city called Ναυτάκι - we ate there TWICE. Excellent fresh seafood, simply prepared but ultra fresh and delicious.
A rental car is useful to explore other areas like the very impressive Acheron River. Image here of me admiring the mountain goats :D along our drive around the Acheron river area (Glyki, Souli). At Morfi we stopped for a home cooked meal (I call it mama taverna) where we were greeted with friendly conversations with the local folk there. Yes good food is very much on my agenda (always) :-D

Beautiful views to sit and admire. Close to a beautiful cove for swimming. Air con great and needed!

We loved the spacious terrace with its excellent views! There was also a little beach close to the villa that we visited every day.
If there are guests in the other villa (Captain Mike’s villa I), the privacy on the terrace is not 100%. However, this was not a problem since the other guests were respectful.
