We stayed at Michele and Ron’s place for 6 days for a family vacation. We had everything we needed in order to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were a short walk from Aldi which helped us to save money on eating out. The beds were comfortable and clean and even though we didn’t have the best weather, we really enjoyed having the pool and hot tub as well. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place!

This condo was clean, spacious and comfortable for our Disney and Universal vacation. The owner had great communication from the time we arrived until we left. Great location to restaurants, stores and distance to parks. We would definitely book again in the future.

Besides the broken chain lock reported earlier, saw excessive dust under the beds, controller for the main tv could not turn it on or off and the windows could use a cleaning. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

With two teens, male and female, Disney resort rooms are no longer feasible. Most hotels still require our kids to sleep together or one of them in a sleeper sofa. This condo was exactly as described, and it suited us well to have both rooms, a kitchen and a living room, and a cute balcony. It was well appointed, comfortable, and very clean. Communication with the owners was quick, friendly, professional and efficient. Drive to the WDW parks took more than 15 minutes, even with traffic. This is not a resort, although there is a pool, and there are permanent residents there. However, that wasn't an issue for us. The only negative experience we had was parking. There are limited guest parking spots available, and they were sometimes full requiring a late night walk across the property, which was a little frustrating after being in the parks all day, but certainly not the fault of the owners. There are quite a few restaurants very close, and we were actually really impressed with the local Chili's. I know some reviews mentioned walking to nearby places, but I'm not sure I'd recommend that personally, as there were some nearby areas where we experienced panhandling and homelessness while.driving through. Overall, it fit us very well, we would highly recommend it to families like ours as you get quite a lot for the price! We have recommended it to our friends as well.

The condo was very spacious and clean. The beds and couch were comfy and there was plenty of kitchen resources. It is easy to get in and out of the condo complex with plenty of stores and dining options close by. The owners definitely care about the place and their guests. They have movies, games and books for a rainy day (which we didn’t have thank goodness) Communication was top notch. We plan on staying here again.

It is a very cozy apartment, love the decor and that the condo is so close to stores, restaurants, parks and other amenities. My granddaughters used the gym, they loved it. I was able to do breakfast everyday, you have everything I need to cook. The condo is very peaceful and quiet. Looking forward to visit again soon. Michelle and Ron thanks for always responding to my questions.

So sad to leave this beautiful condo. It met our needs in every way - spotlessly clean, spacious, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, beautifully decorated, great air con and the location is perfect for all the parks, food, shopping and evening entertainment. The property was beautiful and had many amenities needed for a longer stay. The place was close to everything we could have needed and the owners were very accommodating. They answer right away and were very kind and helpful. Would definitely come back the next time I am in town. A great stay!

Ron and Michelle's place was absolutely wonderful!
Great location and wonderful amenities. The kitchen had all that we needed to prepare a few meals. The beds were comfortable. The decorative touch throughout the place was very nice.
Tremendous communication with the owners. I sent a few messages (questions) and they responded very quickly.
On the next trip to Orlando, I wouldn't hesitate to rebook this unit.

Condo was beautiful, exactly as shown. Host were very quick to respond. very central to all theme parks and easy to get to them from here. We visit Orlando again will definitely be looking to stay here again.

We stayed at this condo for 6 nights and choose it based on all of the good reviews. We found the condo to be central to everything with a lot of restaurants and shops close by. The Disney parks are so close! The condo was very clean, comfortable and had good amenities. My son worked out at the gym a few times and it had everything he needed. The hosts are quick to respond to messages and the instructions given ahead of time made it easy to get to and into the condo. There are basic start up supplies so I had brought a few things from home (pump hand soaps, a couple laundry pods/dryer sheets/a couple dishwasher tabs/ garbage bags) and we bought a small pack of toilet paper from target. If we come back to Orlando we will be renting this unit again!

As advertised. Located minutes from Disney (able to take a back entrance without dealing with I-4 traffic). Next door to an Aldi and CVS for added convenience.
The condo is clean and spacious with many amenities and all necessities, including surprisingly higher quality furniture.
The hosts were terrific - very responsive. A good choice if you plan to go to the Disney theme parks.

The condo was the perfect size and price for our family of 4 vacation to the theme parks. The beds were comfortable, lots of pillows and spare everything (towels, sheets, blankets, etc). More than enough dishes, silverware, etc. The house would also be ideal for a family with young children, as there was a pack-n-play, high chair, children's books, etc in the closet. Lots of little helpful tips on stickers all around the house. The condo is centrally located and the drive is relatively easy. However traffic was heavy on the side road and could be heard at night - probably since it was spring break. The center entrance gate was broken in the open position the whole week, so there was no illusion of a gated community. Some peeling wallpaper and funky smells when you first ran the showers, but this can happen with dated residences in the area. The elevator and entryway has seen better days, but that is likely outside the circle of control of the property owners. Loved the keyless entry. Internet would not work for us, Rob and Michele were very responsive about it, but in the end we didn't have time to try to fix it - our family spent almost every minute possible at the parks. Everything you could possibly need was nearby. We had several friends staying in theme park owned hotels, complaining about the lack of space/sharing 1 bathroom for the whole family, etc. I was grateful each night to come home to our own bedrooms, two bathrooms, and more than enough living space. If you need a spacious place to sleep after hitting the parks hard each day, this is your place.

This is a great property! Very nice and clean and the hosts were so friendly and accommodating. They two separate bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms make for a perfect set up if you have friends or two couples that want to stay together yet have a little privacy. Walkable to a few stores and restaurants as well, which is helpful if you don’t have a car. Would definitely stay here again.

The owners gave very good directions that helped us find the place. We loved the floor plan with a bedroom on each side of the condo and plenty of bathroom space. It was close to Disney world. The place looked just like the pictures. It was a very quiet area.

Very nice place but it is very disturbing that a hot tub eas listed but it was only accessible during the week till 5:00 and the same with the workout area. I am very disappointed that I was sold on this property for certain amenities but they weren’t as advertised.

The condo is exactly as described and is very close to Disney and other sources of entertainment. Food and shopping very close with some in walking distance.
Gated complex. Elevator for third floor access. Excellent internet. Kitchen was well equipped. No noisy neighbors.
Owners were fantastic and were great with all communication.

My wife and I were extremely happy with the property! Ron is a GREAT host! We felt like we were at home. My wife is a clean freak and found the property to be spotless! The property had everything that you could possibly ask for and much more! We are looking forward to returning in the future.

We stayed here for almost a week and loved it!! Master bed was super comfy, bathroom was clean. Love having a washer and dryer so you don't have to take home dirty clothes! Living room and kitchen were clean. Having an Aldi store right around the corner is nice! We didn't get a chance to check out the pool, we were theme parking it the whole time!
Communication with host is top notch! One of the reviews I read said there was a loud dog across the hall, well, they live here permanently and there is NOTHING you can do about it. The dog is super cute and the owner is an adorable old lady! The dog only made noise when we got off the elevator and never heard anything else, place is really quiet, the only reason that dog will bark is if you're loud, so keep in mind that you don't live here and they do! 🐕 Show some respect!
Loved having extra towels and sheets! Ceiling fans are a must and use them as it can get hot, I mean you are visiting the Sunshine state!
Make sure to run over to Aldi and get yourself some extra toilet paper, laundry and dishwasher tabs. This is not a hotel and they do not provide housekeeping to clean up after you, so don't be lazy and leave bad reviews if you can't figure out how to clean up after yourself.

Everything was great! Place just as described. Very clean lots of space. They even had a closet with baby/kids items stroller, pack in play, high chair etc. Beds were comfy with the exception of the sofa bed that was a little hard. But overall place was amazing. Communication with owner was simple. Very close to the parks and other shopping. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks for making us feel like we were home!!!!!! I will recommend to anyone looking to stay in Kissimmee!!!! A++++++++

Great location, close to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. The grounds were wonderful with a nice pool and clubhouse. The condo had everything we needed for our stay including a well stocked kitchen, beach towels, extra pillows and bedding. Our family would definitely stay again. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The condo was exactly as described in the listing. The unit was extremely clean and in good condition. We utilized the kitchen and enjoyed the pool daily. As a family with teenagers we appreciated the split floor plan and the patio for game night. The condo is only a short drive to the Disney theme parks. Everything went very smoothly and our hosts were wonderful! Will definitely stay here again and will refer our friends too.

What you see in the pictures is what you get an amazing apartment. The best apartment i`ve ever been to. Close to supermarket, pharmacy and much more, no car needed. Close to parks and outlets, quiet area. Very easy communication with Ron and Michele and very helpful too.
We`ll definitely book it again in our next trip to Orlando.

This is a Gem
This property and its owners are a breath of fresh air! The condo is clean, comfortable, cute, and has what you need away from home. The extra notes left around with tips and tricks are very helpful. We were there with our daughter for volleyball nationals and it was the perfect place. It’s location is nice with grocery stores and restaurants nearby and just down the road from Old Town. Communication with Ron and Michele was always quick and easy. I cannot recommend this property enough. We would definitely stay again!
