This apartment is a hidden treasure in Vienna. Located in a historical backyard, only 5 minutes to tram, 3 minutes supermarkets, 30 minutes with a romantic walk up to the hill to the castle hotel. There are everything you need for the short or long stay in the apartment. the rooms are cleaned, bright, spacious, and nostalgically elegant. The lady in charge is the most graceful and warmhearted lady i have ever met during travels. She can help you with all kinds of requests, no matter if they are accommodation related or just travel/ cultural related in general. Definitely will visit here again.

The staff was very nice and very helpful. So much closet space, and space in general! Good kitchen equipment. Shops and city transit nearby.

You could hear some noises or people talking at night from the walls. Nothing dramatic but somewhat disturbing

Although it is located in the 16th district of Vienna, the surroundings streets are clean, safe and quiet. It's close to the U3 station Ottakring. My apartment was right next to the reception, but it didn't bother me. Even though there was some problem with the hkt water, they did everything to solve it as soon as possible. The apartment was clean, slacious and comfortable, the kitchen and the bathroom were well equippdd.

Fully equiped apartment, even with grounded coffee for the coffee maker, comfy beds with possibility to soften/ harden the mattress, less than 10 minutes to metro station, from there 10 minutes to city center, Billa around the corner, available parking garage in the building (requires reservation).

Just be precise with your time of arrival and departure, the reception might be unattended otherwise

We didn’t have hot water and heating. Those are basic conditions. Even they were very kind, they did not solve the problem during our stay. They gave us a refund, which is more than correct.

We really enjoyed staying at the Fleger Apartments. Susanna helped make our stay perfect, especially with the grandkids. She pointed us to the parks and the best Ice Cream in the area. The kitchen had everything we needed and we liked the whole apartment. She also helped us with parking for the car. The tram and subway were close enough to walk to and leave the car there to see Vienna with the family. We will try to stay here again.
