Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au bord de la mer dans un appartement confortable, calme et bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié la localisation de notre logement: près de la plage, des restaurants et du centre ville. L’accueil a été très chaleureux. Un tout grand merci!

Accueil très sympathique de Thierry et son épouse, qui se sont assurés que nous serions confortablement installés. L’appartement est sécuritaire, très tranquille et bien situé, à 150 mètres de la mer et à moins de 300 mètres de la gare. Une suggestion pour les séjours de 2 semaines et plus: prévoir une deuxième serviette pour chaque occupant, le temps de laver l’autre.

Comfortable beds, everything is modern and new. All as advertised. Slight traffic noise. Only those who are very sound sensitive will mind. Good internet. Used both washer and dishwasher. All worked well. Excellent location. The beach is your patio. The terrace is only basic. Also a pharmacy right around the corner for COVID rapid tests before flying home. Everything was very convenient for me and my adult son. A great place for 2 couples or a family of 4. Since everything is modern and white I would not bring the smaller kids here, unless they have very clean hands. Check-in with the couple handing over the keys was a slight challenge since we had no common language to speak. But google translate was an easy fix.

Gute Lage . Fussläufig zu Strand und Stadtzentrum. Läden für täglichen Bedarf in direkter Nachbarschaft. Dank 3 fach Verglasung trotzdem sehr ruhig und mit zentraler AirCon auch an heißen Tagen ein Genuss. Lediglich der sehr kleine Balkon reicht idealerweise nur für 2 Personen. Tiefgarage mit 2 Plätzen und ausreichend breiter Zufahrt auch für größere Fahrzeuge geeignet. Jederzeit wieder

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé à Juan les Pins (proximité plages et commerces). L'appartement est très bien équipé et très confortable. L'existence d'un garage au sous-sol de l'immeuble est vraiment un plus. Fenêtres fermées, l'appartement est très silencieux. Très bon accueil à notre arrivée.

Property was as advertised and we, two couples, enjoyed our stay. 5 minutes to train station, 5 minutes to bus stop, 5 minutes to beach...what more can we say! The only comment we would have is that for two weeks it would have been nice to have a change of bed sheets...we were able to wash towels etc but sheets were more difficult. Would certainly recommend this accommodation for a great stay and jump off point to Cannes, Nice, Monaco etc

Alex is very fruendly and helpful, everything is well organised. The apartment is great, very spacious, tastefully furnished and very clean. The kitchen looks quite new and is well equipped, there is everything you need. The location is very good, not far away from the sea, bakery and supermarket are very near. There is nothing to critisize, it is just perfect. We enjoyed our stay and we definitely want to come back.

This is a fantastic modern 2 bedroom apartment in a secure building. The property manager greeted us and was super friendly The place was absolutely spotless! In terms of location, you could not ask for a better; two minutes to the beach and two minutes to the coastal train where you can hop on and off to visit Cannes, Nice, Monaco etc.

We had a most enjoyable holiday. The apartment had everything we required. No negatives about any aspect. Close to the station and the sea front with a good selection of shops and restaurants close by.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist gut. Es gibt genügend Möglichkeiten für Bäckereien, Metzgereien, Supermärkte und essen. Alles ist ohne Auto erreichbar.

Eine wirklich sehr schöne Wohnung in super Lage mit Garage. Zum Strand 3 Minuten einfach perfekt. Die Übernahme und Abgabe der Wohnung mit Therry wahr super pünktlich und Problemlos. Danke 😃 Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Gerne wieder.

We had a really good time in the appartment in Juan les Pins. The living and bedrooms are very spacious. The airco works well and despite as we were in the middle of the center we did not hear noise. We had everything on walking distance around the corner and that is really very nice. 150 mtr to the beach, 50 mtr to bakery etc. Really wonderfull. I have to thank the owner for his quick responses and we are looking forward to be back next year. With regards John

This was my first rental property experience and I was impressed with how accurately it was described, how the pictures accurately reflected the look and how responsive Alex was to my every question and concern. I was very comfortable, there. I chose JLP because it's on the water, it's lively and convenient to museums/places I like to visit. I especially like the small, "city-living" aspect of being able to walk to everything in town. Here are some details to share: a) the location is truly convenient to the butcher, baker, produce market and so many nice food shops and, of course, the beach and the SNCF gare and all the restaurants, cafes and clubs. The buses are nearby, but I didn't use them. b) The two equal size bedrooms with equal size beds and equal bathrooms, worked perfectly for my needs. c) There is ample storage in the bedrooms, baths, kitchen and living room. Having a garage was great. d) I think those shutters that completely close electrically and can be dark or not, are wonderful.e) The furnishings were very comfortable.f) The Television, wifi (and netflix) were terrific. g) The galley kitchen is well designed, the appliances were good, especially considering the stove top is electric, (they are always a pain). I loved having dishwasher and washing machine. h) Thierry was very helpful and kind and responsive. The apartment was clean and proper when I arrived and, for a fee, he cleaned and changed linens during the stay. i) what can I say? It was a wonderful experience. FYI: Cap Riviera was the best, walkable, beachfront restaurant I found.

Wir haben ganz aktuell unseren Pfingsturlaub mit unseren beiden Kindern in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die zentrale Nähe zum Strand waren eine der Plus Punkte dieser Wohnung und auch der Tiefgaragenplatz ist genial. Es ist alles da was man braucht. You couldn't ask for a better location unless you were right on the beach. Cafes, shopping, groceries, beach all within easy walking distance. Apartment was clean, comfortable, well supplied and the owner very responsive. I would definitely recommend it!

Booking process and communication was excellent. This is a luxury apartment, presented in spotlessly clean condition. We had a fantastic 10 day break and would certainly recommend to anyone wishing to visit this area of France.

The apartment is situated close to the beach, excellent Boulangerie and bistro. Market and multiple restaurants all walking distance. Apartment has peek of the sea, was clean and had everything we needed. Only wish there was a terrace and better pillows for sleeping. Owner was very helpful. We had a wonderful stay.
