Ideal location - close to Coron proper.
* Poor Wi-Fi connectivity in the room.
* Poor flow and pressure in the bathroom taps/shower.
* Poor customer service from the reception staff - not approachable and seemed indifferent whenever we approached them with an issue or request. Not a single one of the staff ever greeted us or even had a smile on their face. This was a contrasting difference to the other locations where we stayed for our holiday.
* Have to return the key every time we leave the building.
* During the check in process, the receptionist advised that we had not made payment - as the booking was completed through booking.com. The credit card information was kept on file, however, they had not charged for the room. This caused issues with having to go through statements to check if payment was made or not. This can easily be avoided by just charging for the room when booking through booking.com - as if you don't have cash there is a 4.5% surcharge for using a card upon arrival.
