Veel overlast in appartement, wel mooi zwembad
Het is een ruim appartement met een grote koelkast.
Zwembad is heerlijk verfrissend en netjes; helaas moet je wel badmutsen dragen
Misleidende informatie bij boeken: De naam: Mattia Grande staat nergens ter plaatse aangegeven, hoort bij (een veel groter) complex: Re Sole; maar dit staat niet op de site of op onze bevestiging vermeld: dus veel moeite gehad met het vinden van het complex. Dan wil je de accommodatie bellen voor hulp, staat er een telefoonnummer in de app, maar dan bel je dus met Novasol in Denemarken. Oftewel geen telefoonnummer van de accommodatie bekend.
Badmutsen zijn verplicht: ook nergens vermeld, geen thee faciliteiten aanwezig,
Zeer beperkte keuken inventaris. Geen bezem aanwezig om de aanwezige mieren op te ruimen.
Slecht geslapen: te dikke kussens, veel teveel lichtinval 's nachts in de slaapkamer, doordat de muur vd slaapkamer niet tot aan het plafond reikt; het buitenlicht (felle verlichting van het complex) komt in de slaapkamer. Geluidsoverlast van de buren gehad. Die huren een kamer grenzend aan ons appartement, alleen gescheiden door een tussendeur. Je kunt echt alles van de buren horen. Deze buren kwamen iedere nacht rond 2 of 4 uur thuis en gingen dan luid praten, bedden verschuiven, haren föhnen, telefoneren. Gemeld bij de receptie, als oplossing werd door de receptie aangeboden dat wij konden verhuizen of onze buren konden verhuizen. Wij kozen voor de optie van verhuizing vd buren. Er is ons beloofd dat dit geregeld zou worden, helaas werden we 's nachts weer wakker van dezelfde buren. Dus wij hebben van onze week verblijf: 4 nachten heel slecht geslapen. Wij hebben veel betaald voor 1 weekje ergernis & slecht slapen. Toen wij boekten via booking.com waren er nog geen recensies voor appartement Mattia Grande. Maar als je zoekt bij recensies voor Re Sole kom je er genoeg tegen. Als ik al deze informatie van te voren had gehad, hadden we deze accommodatie zeker niet geboekt. We zouden dit appartement dan ook zeker niet aanbevelen.
