Large room. The breakfast was very nice. Lots of choice in bread and pastries. The swimming pool and spa were great. We were lucky to have the place to ourselves.
It nicely located near the beach and the city centre.
Our room was hot. we could not work out the airco.

Location, children loved the pool, it didn’t seem crowded, friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet.
Our room seemed outdated. Also it was near the elevator so rather noisy. Parking was difficult and we were not aware of the extra cost before we arrived.

De locatie vlakbij het strand (zicht op zee) en het voortreffelijke ontbijt.
Er hing een vage zweetgeur in de kamer en onder het bed lagen nog vier lege flessen sterke drank.

la propreté, la taille de la chambre ainsi que l'emplacement de l'hôtel.
Nous sommes arrivées un lundi, la télé n'a pas fonctionnée jusqu'au vendredi 22h30, nous l'avons signalé tous les jours aux membres du personnel, celui-ci a complètement ignoré nos demandes, il a fallu que je me fâche réellement vendredi soir à 22h pour que notre demande soit prise en compte. De plus le personnel a été hyper antipathique, presque à se moquer de ce que nous leur demandions. Pour la nourriture du petit déjeuner, je trouve qu'au prix où on a payé notre chambre, il aurait pu y avoir des choses faites maison, et pas de l'industriel partout. Vu le prix je pense qu'il nous sera aisé de trouver bien mieux ailleurs avec des gens sympas qui ont envie de recevoir des clients!!!

Le petit déjeuner était agréable et copieux.
L'espace welness est agréable mais le moment de détente a été perturbé par des enfants qui accompagnaient leurs parents au sauna...
La chambre aurait besoin d'un petit coup de fraicheur.
Le personnel à l'accueil a été très froid lors de l'enregistrement et n'a donné aucune information sur la piscine, le dejeuner, le parking ou les petits plus qu'offrait l'hotel.

Het ontbijt was buiten-gewoon, zowel wat keuze mogelijkheden betreft als van kwaliteit. De bedden waren zeer goed.
Een grote TV maar de luidsterkte was uiterst minimaal en de kwaliteit van het beeld was geen HD. De tapijten op de vloer zijn behoorlijk onderhouden, maar tapijt is niet hygienisch. Het zwembadje stelt niet veel voor...De temperatuur op de kamer was te laag zelfs met de thermostaat op 32 gr. geen last van buren
Tapijt op de vloer is niet hygieniscg. Temperatuur kamer beter in overeenstemming te maken met de regulator. De omgeving van het hotel is niet bijzonder attractief.

Vlotte bereikbaarheid, overzichtelijk hotel met duidelijke inrichting. Zeer uitgebreid en kwalitatief ontbijt.
Elektrische installatie in de kamer was werk aan, stroom viel met momenten weg, doucheputje verstopt, licht in de badkamer kon niet uitgedaan worden.

Dat Hotel ist sehr schön, Zimmer waren auch sehr sauber.
Der Pool und der Wellnessbereich, waren super! Perfekt um nach einem Strandtag normal kurz zu entspannen.
Am Frühstückstisch kann man auch nach glutenfreiem Brot fragen bei Bedarf.
Personal auch sehr nett.
Die Lage war auch super, keine 5 Gehminuten vom Strand. Direkt neben dem Hotel gibt es ein Mexikanisches Restaurant “El Mariachi”, kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Op zijn minst een ventilator zou van pas komen!!

Petits déjeuners somptueux, chambre très spacieuse. La piscine était plus grande qu'on aurait pu penser.
La plaine de jeux était bien fournie les enfants étaient très contents.
Il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre, l'utilisation du ventilateur fourni était nécessaire.

Excellent kids play area. Nice swimming pool. Spacious room with two comfortable large double beds. Very close to the beach.
No wifi signal in our room and reception were unwilling/unable to do anything to help. Their explanation that it was a problem everywhere in the hotel was untrue as there was wifi signal in the corridor and immediately by the door of the room.
Hot food at breakfast was not refilled/replaced often enough.
Lack of sockets near the bed.

The pool though cool was never busy and we all loved it including our kids 11 and 13. We loved the saunas and steam room too, no need to book anything. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet too. The food was tasty and fresh and renewed as required. Our room was perfect and we enjoyed being close to the beach.
The pillows could have been comfier though I found the bed comfy. The water pressure wasn’t great from the shower in our room but the showers in the spa were brilliant.

Very close to the beach, and some really nice restaurants close by. Coming from a festival, having breakfast that goes from 0700-1030 was really helpful.

Breakfast was really good quality with plenty of choice. Pool was a bit cold but still nice. The sauna/steam room were also lovely.
Staff was friendly and allowed us to use the pool and steam room even after checkout without any issues.
There was no parking and the parking in the garage next door costs €27 per day and this isn't advertised anywhere on the website so it's a hidden cost.

The room was dated and lacked air conditioning, was not aware of this at time of booking.
If you want AC book an executive or an ecology room.

Solid hotel. Good breakfast. Nice pool, no reservation needed, and kids can swim the whole day, which was the reason to choose this hotel.
No airconditioning or ventilation; had to sleep with windows open even in April. I would not stay in this room in the summer.
No restaurant in the hotel, which is rather inconvenient and food options in the immediate area are not suitable for small children, too noisy and full of grill smoke.

Good size of room; good spread of breakfast items (included in the room price); friendly and helpful staff
Minor issues: one light in the room was flickering, another didn't work at all and another was missing its shade. These issues couldn't be resolved during the stay but didn't impact on it. The implication was that these features were not checked as part of the preparation of the room.
