Great place to relax. The "Thermen" were exceptional for a family visit. Outstanding breakfast.
No WIFI connection in our rooms (Hildegard). Several doors didn't close properly (our apartment; main entrance).

Rooms are clean and spacious, comfortable beds, breakfast was with variety of selection of fresh food

Nice breakfast and dinner, kind restaurant staff. The rooms are very clean.
The car parking is about 3 minutes walk away. I found the one pillow per person not enough. If you don’t use the thermal spa facilities (we had no time) then it is an overpriced hotel.

The receptionist welcome, no air conditioning which is totally unacceptable nowadays, the spa too far away
