Evening meal, extensive buffet style Breakfast, room and staff were all excellent. The only slight downer was that there was no air con in the room and it was very hot +30c, the night I stayed. Neither of these factors was a fault of the hotel, I should have thought about whether or not there was air con when I booked
As it happens air con would have been good, having said that the room was light and airy it was just that the weather was exceptionally hot.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. Such a gem. The hotel is beautiful the rooms are very comfortable and clean and the half board is a great option with an excellent variety of food choices. Just a few minutes stroll to the ski lift and the heart of Mayrhofen. Highly recommended hope to be back again soon

We can't really give a fair assessment as the following coloured our overall experience
The beds need replacing, creak badly and made good sleep impossible.
Style over quality. A four star building with hard working staff but being managed like a three star..
