Staff are kind and helpful. Hotel is nicely appointed and clean. Spa area is nice. Ski bus stops at entrance of hotel and is very convenient for skiers. Good food provided with half board package.

Property was clean and in a reasonable location
Facilities were good
Some of the staff were extremely rude… which was completely unnecessary.
