The expansive gardens, selection of pools, Room ambience
When we arrived, we went to reception to ask about restaurant facilities and were directed to go around the building to (behind cafe which was closed). We had explained that we had a 100yo lady with us and wanted the easiest route. Unfortunately, this was not the easiest route, and as a result we had to sit outside the coffee shop in the cold wind to have lunch as the 100yo could not walk all the way around the ramp to go to the restaurant. Even our room was located right near reception where bags could have been taken through rather than tramp them right through the complex. Very poor service in this regard.

Loved the indoor heated pool for a winter stay with the kids. Beautiful ocean views and quick access to the beach. The 3 bedroom 3 bathroom spa apartment was well laid out with plenty of room for the 6 of us. 3 TV's were handy and the washing machine and dryer were also very handy to have in the room.
