L’emplacement, le style village pierre, les piscines et la restauration.
Le logement un peu trop sommaire.

- La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel
- La beauté de l'hôtel
- L'emplacement en sortie de voie rapide (3minutes) direction Heraklion ou Rethymnon et La Canée.
- La qualité du buffet incroyable, varié et fait maison
- La propreté et la fiabilité de la piscine
- Ménage tout les deux jours dans les chambres
- Manque d'un bar animé (musique) le soir à l'hôtel
- La qualité du ménage pourrait-être un peu plus poussé dans les chambres (dans la salle de bain surtout.
- Éclairage un peu faible

Localização, sossego, gostei do hotel do facto de ser rústico e típico, da amabilidade dos funcionários, da comida em geral.
De não fazerem as camas diariamente, não haver frequentemente troca de toalhas, não haver gel de duche suficiente para a estadia, não existir shampo, o fluxo da água do duche era muito fraco. Na alimentação relativamente às frutas havia um ou dois tipos de fruta fresca.

Das Anwesen entspricht der Griechischen Kultur.. wer es traditionell haben möchte, der ist hier genau richtig. Viele Blumen...
Oh.. wichtig wer hier her kommt, sollte wissen, das es hier ein Meer von Kindern gibt. Viele Familien mit Kleinkindern. Diese nutzen bis 22/23 Uhr den Pool, was man deutlich in der Anlage hört. Die Appartements sind Raum offen, das bedeutet man hat keinen Rückzugsort..
Das Essen spiegelt sich jeden Tag und der Kaffee ist nur ein braun gefärbtes Wasser. Die Reinigung der Zimmer,ist sehr interessant, da sich das Personal direkt mit seinen Utensilien auf deine kleine Terrasse verteilt. Ob du dort sitzt oder nicht.
Wir hätten und tatsächlich etwas mehr Rückzug und Ruhe gewünscht.
Um die Insel mit einem Auto zu erkunden passt der Standort.
