The room wasn’t ready the first day of our coming, no towels, the shower was hard to manage to get the comfortable temperature of the water ( too hot or too cold) , the room is stuffy and a lot of mosquitoes, the air conditioner didn’t work properly

This hotel could be easily the best resort in Sharm if you renovate it properly. The location is fantastic, sitting uphill from Sharms Old market, with incredible sea view and sunset experience. The personel is friendly and willing to assist you on any need you have and the reception has someone there for you 24/7. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms are big too ,2 swimming pools with clear water and the pool bar provides fresh juices and coffee.
The status of the hotel public spaces and the rooms are in terrible condition. It's like they build it during 90s and since then ,they didn't spend one dollar to make it better! The curtains could be the same 30 years now, the beds ,the doors, the electric wall plugs, the chairs ,the couches are old and dirty! The only thing could be new in some rooms is the shower glass wall in the bathrooms and a water kettle that all rooms have to make coffee or tea. Breakfast seemed so poor with stuff you don't eat easily during mornings anymore like puff pastry but basic things were available like coffee and milk ,jam and bread. And the breakfast time was so early (7.00 - 9.30) that was not the time I really want to wake up when im on vacation. Sometimes the hole complex gave me the impression that this hotel accomodates high rank stuff from other businesses in sharm that wake up,eat breakfast and go to work, cause buring the day there were only foreign tourists and some Arabs but during afternoons seems packed with people mostly locals.
