The rooms were large and the area was quiet. The beds were comfortable and their linens were of good quality. The pool was large and well maintained. The air conditioner cooled well and was quiet. The shower water was heated. The property restaurant food was large portions, good quality, and very tasty. The staff were very genuinely nice.
I would have preferred if the seating of the bungalow porch were more comfortable so that one would want to sit there. The wooden upright chairs were designed to be around a dining table and are thusly, not comfortable at all. However, there is an abundance of comfortable seating around the pool, so it’s ok..

La gentillesse du personnel, la location de scooter sur place la piscine l’emplacement au came mais très bien situé sur l’île.

Le logement était propre, le jardin verdoyant et la piscine est un plus.
Le personnel a été parfait.

Rollerverleih direkt im Hotel. Großer Pool und echt nicht viel los in der Unterkunft.
Wir waren 6 Nächte im Poonsap Resort und aus irgendeinem Grund mussten wir nach 4 Nächten das Zimmer wechseln, was auch leider ein echter downgrade war. Der Pool wird echt selten gesäubert, aber das war noch in Ordnung. Die Wände der Zimmer sind sehr dünn, haben immer gehört wann unsere Nachbarn nachts nachhause kamen.
Die Inhaber waren echt nett und haben ihr bestes gegeben, aber konnten leider wenig bis kein Englisch und die Kommunikation über Übersetzter war echt eine Herausforderung.
Und die Bettmatratzen waren wirklich sehr sehr hart :(
