Location was great & the rooms were fit for purpose for our group. Close to the beach & restaurants both on the beach and high street. We had the aircon rooms
We did have lots of mozzies in our room when we arrived so had to buy some spray to be mozzie free.

Nice and chill bungalows, quiet and convenient location between the beach and main road. Everything worked and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant is also very good especially for Thai food.
No cleaning service or daily water. You could probably ask for it but it’s not made clear. With the beach the room gets sandy after a while. Part of the deal with the cheaper price level.

The beach was nice and the people at the resort were helpful.
The location was quite natural - nice plantings and birds.

Nearby restaurants - Mon and Mr Pad Thai were great.
Toilet facilities - they obviously need to fix the drainage so the toilet doesn't back up after rain.
The security of the villa was minimal - you could open the door with a butter knife.
the whole place had a very rough and ready, slightly run down feel.
