The breakfast was basic but everything was fresh and tasty. The location was perfect and lots of restaurants and beach’s nearby.

It was mostly what I expected from a 4 star hotel. A big bonus was the private parking with shade half of the day that is kind of harms way (There were some cars that i have seen get scraped and even damadged to an astonishing extent among the ones parked along the street in front of other hotels)
The bathroom had some issues, most notably the shower selector was kind of broken but usable and this was the first hotel ever for me where the elevator control pannel was so worn out that the receptionist would need to come and tape buttons in order to prevent them falling in or pressing themselves.

Locations is good( near to mango beach) but driving distance to Sarande promenade.

Comfortable room with a view of the sea. Friendly staff. When we were sick, they gave us boiling water, a cup. Good location of the hotel. Shops, cafes are nearby.
Cleaning was not every day. Also, be prepared if one day you come to get a ticket to the beach, and they tell you that that's it, they have run out. Nowhere is it indicated about the limit of visitors. And how so? In the description of the hotel, you indicate that you have a contract with a private beach and are not fulfilling your obligations. What is terrible is that the staff did not make any effort to solve this problem and fulfill their obligations to us.
