The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff are friendly. Everyroom have its own airfilter which is excellent for person who have allergies. It is wide that you can enjoy having your meal in a table. We experienced issue with our room, they fixed it quickly. I just love Siena Hotel. It looks old from outside but it is luxury inside.

Amazing location and very large room for Japan/Tokyo standards.
Every time you leave the hotel you have to give your key to the reception. This is quite strange and just an annoyance.

Good location, the room is bigger than the average rooms in Tokyo. Staff was nice and kind. Despite the clubs around the hotel, the room was quiet. Fridge, kettle provided.
It was a tad bit dirty, old and run down. The elevator always stopped on the 3rd floor where the reception is - going up and down both - it's most likely because the key should be given to the reception anytime you go out of the hotel.
