The building had a fully equipped kitchen. This was potentially a big cost saver, although it wasn't promoted in the Booking.com profile. Also, the location was convenient to local bars.
There are no grocery shops in Niembru so I didn't bring groceries because I wasn't expecting a kitchen.

Deberían de implantar un sistema de tarjetas de 'pueden limpiar' / 'no molesten' para no despertar con el servicio de limpieza.

La casa está muy bien ubicada. La limpieza estaba fenomenal, y las habitaciones muy bien calidad-precio. La cama se nota que está mas usada. Pero en general fenomenal. Y el servicio de cocina compartida, es una maravilla.

The location. Close to an excellent beach. Close to a welcoming bar and snack restaurant. A well equipped small kitchen to share. Lovely shower, all very clean. Ability to park car if you are careful!!
The triple bedroom is in the eaves so third person would not be able to stand up unless it was a child. Very cramped even for two. Bear in mind if booking for more than a few days. But this is reflected in the modest cost. A welcome addition would be a chair and a clothes airer as there is nowhere to hang hand washing.
