The proximity to the venue for my event
Front desk staff need training on how to make the guest feel welcome. The rest of the staff were wonderful, pleasant and attentive

The staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. Room was nice and clean with an A/C much needed for La Ceiba weather, a comfy bed, TV and some night stands. The breakfast was delicious, a traditional Honduran styled buffet. I liked best is checkout time at 1pm, gives you plenty of time to actually enjoy the day before you leave without feeling rushed. Pool was also very clean and an ideal temperature / depth. All in all great hotel.
Lack of tortillas on breakfast!
