The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great for access to ski areas, restaurants and cafes. The bedding was very comfortable, with a thick mattress and futon. The individual air-conditioning was excellent. The shared bathroom/onsen was clean, hot (but not too hot) and relaxing, and the ski storage / dry room facilities were spacious. The buffet style breakfast also made for a great start to the day.
Nothing really. But using the toilet in the room is a challenge if you are over 5 feet tall ;-)

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Myosen! The room was clean and big enough for our family of 4. The room was warm and the floor beds were very comfortable. We booked a room with a toilet and shower, which was clean and new. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect, very close to the Main Street (where you can find everything you need) and close to the ski slopes. My 4 year old daughter was happily able to walk.
