Ótima localização. Perto da estação Faria Lima.
Travesseiros de péssima qualidade. Super duros e finos. A acústica dos corredores péssima. Acordamos várias vezes durante a noite com o barulho de outros hóspedes.

On a side road in a lively area of the city with plenty of craft beer and suchlike options nearby, plus a metro station 5 minutes walk away. Good guys on the desk, room was clean and perfectly adequate, the aircon was good! All in all a good option for a no frills stay in the area, I'd definitely stop again.
Can be a bit noisy with the tiled floors but was OK for us. Fairly basic, but that's what we wanted.

The staff is very polite and helpful!
The building is being refurbished. It’s clean, but it is not a luxury place. Some bathrooms could lack at least a shower curtain. The breakfast is simple, but it could be improved by adding more tea options and, at least, a paid expresso machine.
