- Most of the staff was friendly and willing to assist
- The breakfast was fresh and mostly prepared in-house (including delicious cakes) and while not being a continental breakfast, it had everything one would find in a home made breakfast in any Brazilian home and there is nothing to complain about
- surprisingly the hotel offers meals for very reasonable prices and they were absolutely delicious freshly cooked home made meals. The hotel fails to advertise it properly and I recommend anyone to try it.
- just around the corner to the hotel there were also lots of traditional places to eat and drink.
- despite some small issues here and there, I would definitely stay there again as it does carry a reasonable price / comfort / location balance.
- while I think hotels like this should have drinks / snacks sold by the reception only or vending machines, they do have a stocked up mini bar. Personally, I find it it is a waste of money invested in such stockpile of goods instead of having a more manageable vending machines option. Anyways for those who like mini bars, you will be definitely fine in this hotel.
- the room was very small but with a big comfortable queen bed, but acceptable, but the shower box glass door (at least in my room) was too narrow to get in or out.
- clearly the Owners need to inspect the rooms themselves and make sure every little things like damaged walls, bent box rails, etc are fixed to a standard. There are a lot of small things that a typical Brazilian employee will miss 100% and only the Owner or Guest can see. The hotel has potential but the rooms need attention
- there is a steep staircase to go to the rooms, no elevator therefore the reception should offer to carry to the luggage up or down, it should be a must specially the male employees.
- while the internet in the entire hotel is very good, the internet in my room was terrible as it clearly needs a repeater to strength the signal.
- my room was adjacent to a storage room used by the employees during the night time and they should be conscious about noise, which was not the case.

The hotel was well-located and the rooms were spacious. Staff was friendly.
This is not a room you're going to want to spend a lot of time in, but there's so much to do in Sao Paulo that that's not a huge drawback. Breakfast was only so-so though.
