Lower Level:
A small laundry area.
A large bedroom, with the option to add 3 extra beds.
Outdoors:
Parking.

Lower garden with dining area and clothesline.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE, but can be arranged with the property owner:
·Final cleaning: 210€ / maximum of 9 hours of work (You can arrange this through us or do it yourselves)
·Sheets and bath towels: 15€ for 2 nights / 20€ for 2 or more nights (Price per person). You can arrange these through us or bring your own.
·Beach towel: 5€ per person.
·Pets: €40 for the entire stay per pet (This service must be booked when staying with pets)
House Rules: You must follow the rules set forth in the contract
-Final cleaning is mandatory; you may book it through us or do it yourself
-Use of bed linens is mandatory; you may book them through us or bring your own
-Recycle trash and dispose of it in the bins at the entrance to the property
-Outdoor noise permitted from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
-Leaving any type of trash outside is prohibited
-Shower before using the pool
-Use only charcoal in the barbecue
-Notify us of any pets staying with you
-Charging electric cars is prohibited
-You must use utilities, the property, and the surrounding area responsibly and respect the neighbors
-Access to the roof is prohibited
-You must report any damage caused
-Smoking inside the property is prohibited
-Only the number of people specified in the rental agreement is permitted
Failure to comply with these rules will result in fines.
WHEN YOU PICK UP THE KEYS, YOU MUST PAY:
- The tourist tax: €1.75 per person per night, for guests 16 years of age and older. (You may pay by card or in cash.)
- Any outstanding charges for extras you’ve booked. (You may pay by card or in cash.)
- The final rental payment, if so agreed. (This must be paid in cash only.)
- Security deposit for potential damages: €500 (This must be paid by credit card only.)
The security deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the property within approximately 7 days after checkout, provided no damage is found. If damage is found, it will be photographed and sent along with a repair estimate to the tenant for payment, and the cost will be deducted from the retained security deposit. The tenant is required to pay any remaining balance, if applicable.
Check-in: From 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Check-out: By 10:00 a.m.
For dates outside the high season, please inquire about flexible check-in and check-out times.

Came to this property with a bunch of friends, and the house itself is nice (even though several of the amenities are broken) but you need a car to get anywhere. The beach is an hour walk. The host was great with communication though.

We had the most wonderful stay in this villa, it was a lovely setting with am easy walk to the local town and close to supermarkets, beaches and reastaurants. We would definitely stay again!

La casa es espectacular, con la piscina y el césped.
Todo muy ordenado y limpio.
Gran disponibilidad ante problemas del propietario (ejemplo: aunque tienen dos maquinas de café, le dijimos si tenían d cápsulas, y a la mañana siguiente nos trajeron una nespresso, espectacular!).
Otro detalle importante: Por desgracia, nos cogió un viernes y sábado con mal tiempo, y de cortesía, nos dieron el domingo hasta la hora que quisiéramos.
La verdad, el servicio, como en muy pocos o en ninguno, un 10 sin duda.
