The staff was excellent. Very accomodating and hospitable. Kids enjoy the swimming pool.
Location is a little far and quite difficult to find especially when you rely on MAPS, it will lead you to wrong road. It has small path going to the place; you have to park your vehicle on a road side and walk several meters of unpaved path. To be fair, most hotel and facility in elnido have no or limited parking space.

Kamer te basic, op de wc met je knieën tegen de muur, geen tv, een airco die verschrikkelijk veel lawaai maakt, bed was redelijk maar beddegoed te smal,buiten zitten is geen optie, muggen, jankende honden van de buren, en dikwijls in de rook van afvalverbranding.zelfs voor het drinkwater moet je betalen, het ontbijt werd gebracht met 1 banaantje en iedere dag een dikke pannenkoek en ei die niet is doorgebakken! Bij het zwembadje stonden maar 2 harde bedjes zonder kussens en waren dus meestal bezet
