Great value for money. Best location for sunset and the pool is a delight. The rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. I was leaving early before breakfast but they made me up a pack up to take on the bus with me.
The aircon on the room was set and there was no way to change it. You only get a light sheet and so I was freezing in the night.

Comfortable beds & a lot of privacy. The breakfast was nice as well. Great location.
Not social at all & there was no way to ventilate the room (no window or small air hole).

An absolutely wonderful place — the best hostel I stayed at in Guatemala in every way. The staff were lovely and always ready to help. Everything was very clean, and the dorms were extremely comfortable. The beds provided a great sense of privacy, and the bathrooms were spotless.
The breakfasts were very good, and the location is beautiful, with an amazing view of the lake.
I highly recommend it!

It was in the center of the island. Easily accessible, nice pool area and restaurant. Staff was nice. They prepared food for my early journey.
The hostel room is extremely outdated. The beds and lockers look like 30 years old. The smell in the room is horrible because it’s old AC device probably which gives this smell of wet room. I really had big trouble to fall asleep. Zero social vibe. Bathroom dirty, no hanger to put clothes or towel. I stayed in more than 100 hostels in my life this one is “hotel” with dorm rooms but it was clearly one of the worst places I’ve stayed at. Especially that on the pictures it looked nice so I really fell for it.
