For our week long stay in Flores, we cannot fault a thing *price/value ratio* Sure, its not high- level fancy, but for the price we paid, everything we wanted for a comfortable stay was provided. Check-in was fast & easy, front desk staff were friendly, patient & more than helpful. Our room (#14) was the best - located on the 2nd floor, next to the kitchen and balcony area overlooking the lake. Our room was comfortable & clean, beds were good, AC was cold, wifi worked well. Bathroom was hygienic, and well maintained. (There is NO hot water in shower, but most hotels don't, regardless of price. Honestly, with how warm it is in Flores, a cool shower was refreshing.)
Location was 100% perfect! Most tours leave from a meeting point less than 1min walk away. Water taxis are located across the road. Eateries are within 1min walk. And the view from the balcony area is perfect for taking in the lake, people-watching..
We'd definitely return to Natz Hotel 🙏

La ubicacion es perfecta, justo al lado de donde salen y te dejan las vans que vienen de Belice. Por el precio esta bastante bien, y son flexibles con el check in.
El agua de la regadera estaba fria, no siempre hay alguien en recepcion pero puedes comunicarte mediante whatsapp

Very friendly staff,travel agency directly in the building.
You basically get what you pay. Hotel has seen it's best days a while ago. Almost everything was kind of broken, especially in the bathroom. Only cold water, no air con. For night it was OK.
