Friendly hosts with a warm welcome and plenty of good tips for exploring the local area. A well equipped studio with a comfy bed and amazing views over the Lumbarda harbour and coast. A great location to walk to restaurants and explore the town. Lots of different outdoor areas to enjoy around the property.
The balcony in the top floor studios is shared and reasonably small. It is a self-service apartment/studio rental rather than a hotel experience. Neither were a problem, but just useful info before booking.

Beautiful villa, loads of lovely spots to relax, amazing brunch and lovely hosts.
Nothing it was wonderful

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The property is beautifully designed, with stunning views overlooking the sea and an incredibly peaceful atmosphere. Everything was spotless, and every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The hospitality truly made our experience special, Lara and John were so welcoming, gave us fantastic local recommendations, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
There was nothing we didn’t like it was perfect from start to finish.

The hosts were amazing! Very friendly and provided us with many great recommendations for food and activities. The view is beautiful. Right on the sea.
The facilities weren't as nice as I expected, based on the reviews. Very basic, laid out oddly (the shower is in the main room and little privacy for the bathroom), and we were pretty uncomfortable. I am a bit of a germophobe, and it seemed like a lot of things were reused between guests, so that bothered me.
Would have been much happier in a hotel in Korcula Town.
