Location in the centre of the city was excellent, not too noisy either. The staff were fantastic and always happy to see you. The food in the restaurant was very good.
The bed was a good size but very firm. There weren't many sunbeds around the main pool so that mean people had to use the second pool or beds in the gardens.

Location was perfect, everything you need is walking distance. The hotel is beautiful with lots of amenities and the all inclusive buffet has a large array of food including a vegan section with selection and you see all the trays being changed over regularly so the food is never stale.

We had a very lovely swim-up suite. A lovely room. Central location.
There were real issues with internet access/wifi availability. We were told there was an issue as we checked in and were told that it would likely be sorted in a couple of hours. It was not. Following morning, still no wifi networks available. I had sent several messages to Tui Blue and through B.Com.
Food that we tasted was nice, not amazing unfortunately. Fab watermelon!
There are some exemplars though in the employees (e.g. Ismail in the Lobby bar). Actually Ismail was really professional and related nicely with clients in an understated way.
I asked to see a 'manager' since we had no/disrupted wifi for 2 days of our stay. I definitely would not have booked this hotel at ca £400 per night if I had known of the wifi issues. Let's just say there was no resolution or apology. In fact I was told that if I have a problem I need to contact the booking company, not them. An unpleasant experience.
