Great location. The owner (I think) was so lovely, helpful and generous. She would prepare a great little breakfast each morning and made it feel very warm and comfortable. Clean, comfortable and safe.
Didn't affect my stay at all but strict rules about not allowing friends or guests into the room even though it is advertised as a hotel not a guesthouse, so might be annoying for some.

Location is unbeatable. 5-10 minutes walk to Gwangalli Beach with lots of food options in the area. Room is clean and comfortable. There may be some noise from the road seeing as this is a busy area, but it’s fine once the windows are closed. I actually also really like the simple yet nutritious breakfast of whole meal toast, eggs, yogurt, mixed nuts and coffee.
Hotel doesn’t have a water dispenser. There’s a jug of ice water at the front desk, and the kind lady owner will top it up if it runs out, but it’d be more convenient to have a water dispenser that guests can use at their leisure.

The location was so excellent! You will be able to walk to many nearby eateries and to the beach in less than 10 minutes. There is really no better location for a quiet stay in proximity to many of the highlights of the area.
Breakfast was simple and wholesome, and the room was comfy and clean!
