Comfy capsule beds. Good shower pressure and amazing service from staff. Especially Din (Deano) who helped us with some great local tips and history of Kazakhstan.

This place is so amazing I had to extend my stay there! The location is super convenient, it's extremely clean, safe and comfortable. There is everything a traveler needs: enough showers, iron, lockers, washing machine... And above all, the staff is super friendly and will help you with anything you need (especially Din, such an amazing guy)! I'll definitely be back!

The hostel is overall very decent, with nice facilities (such as kitchen, laundry, sitting area, iron) and very friendly staff (was mostly helped by Din, who did an excellent job). It is clean, with shoes not being allowed in most of the building (single use flip flops are provided). There are two lockers per person, each with a key. AC was great.
The showers are not very practical in terms of hooks / hangers / shelves - I had to put my stuff on the shower door. Mattress cover was not big enough for the whole mattress.

The price is great
Seems like some people lives there that make sit a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom is not always super clean and the kitchen utensils are not in the best condition. The pictures of the place are old and you can tell some time has passed.
Also if you get the private make sure you bring earplugs, some of the staff and friends like to stand right outside and speak all night long, you can hear all in the private!
