A "frugal" place to sleep, offering a quiet and comfortable room without wasting money for things that you may not want (room cleaning, breakfast, ...).
They allowed me a (very) early check-in for free
I slept really well, it's super quiet and the bed comfortable (a bit hard, but someone prefers it).
I would return without any doubt.
No elevator. None of the receptionists could speak a word of English.
No soap in the shower, I travel with mine but for some people it could be a problem.

Such a nice and calm and clean place. Spacious room with a great bed. Very friendly and helpful people. A few steps from the river in the centre. I can really recommend this place.
