Staff at the counter were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean. Cleaning service was good and reliable. Despite being a designated smoking room, the room didn't smell, at least to us. AC worked well.
Room was quite small with almost no surface space to organize our items. The low slanted ceiling on one side (4th floor) also made the space even smaller. Bed was not very comfortable (springy). Linens were overall nice and clean, except for a small stain on my pillowcase and towel. Floor was old carpet that really needed a wash. Room slippers were provided but one of them was ripped. Elevator was stuffy with a bit of a smell sometimes.
Wish the hotel had a laundry room we could use, but there were coin laundries nearby.
