Where do I began! First, our flight got delayed with more than 3 hours and we were worried if we will catch the check-inn at the hotel. The host was so nice that after a quick communication, he waited for us the whole time until we got there in the middle of the night. He was very friendly and understanding, there was availability and he upgraded our room. The new room had an enormous terrace overlooking the city. The room had air condition, which was vital in Rome's heat at the end of August. It was a clean room, with a nice bathroom, we had everything we needed! It is easy to get there from the airport, just one bus stop. The metro is very close, which connects you to every place in the city. There are also bus stops near.

- rooms are basic but have everything you need, AC, fridge, fast internet
- the receptionist (I don’t remember his name) has been so kind, accommodating every request and always available to help
