Chambre, le personnel aimable mais surbooke faisant de leur mieux, la qualité de la restauration.

2 ascenseurs pour 8 étages, 2 machines à café pour 300 couverts, attendre 21 heures pour dîner, l’accueil qui vous dit c’est pas moi, c’est la direction, pas de parking contrairement à ce qui est annoncé, c’est un parking public’ plein 24 sur 24.

The location was the only good thing as well as a great solo singer and good buffet.

I typically don't write reviews but I've been traveling for a month mostly hostels and this was the worst place I stayed!! We were told our dog was too big(20k) and when we tried to cancel plenty of days before, they denied it. And upon checking in there was a very large dog much larger than ours staying on the same floor. Our first night there was also a Roach crawling on the pillow and they gave us 2 beds even though we asked for 1. The staff was extremely not friendly, older crowd in their 60's, there is also NO PARKING (public beach parking, every1 just driving in circles upset) , the website is very deceiving. Tourist trap! Very small rooms

Perfect location, great for families with young kids

Location, grass lounge area with decking chairs by the pool

Bed was uncomfortable and had grains of sand in when we arrived

Every member of the staff were exellent!

Only thing was the adult bed that wasnt good for my back but thats an individual thing so it didnt matter to me.

Great time at Prestige Victoria

The staff , the view, the location ( right on the beach) , the food, the entertainment , the parking. They were cleaning your room every single day. The spa was relly nice. Everything was like we expected.

The wind sometimes , not enough days to enjoy.

Comfy super rooms, lovely staff, ideal spot on seafront with lovely views of the bay.

Loved the hotel. Friendly staff. Super comfy large beds. Sea view was gorgeous. Only thing to highlight was the parking! Drive round for a while but did eventually park. This is the norm in roses bay but don’t let this out you off! Hotel made up for it.

Been to this hotel pre covid, and unfortunately things have changed… Breakast buffet cut in half, lunch and dinner buffet not as good as before, no choice of meat, on both days I stayed… not worth the value. Also you have to choose between 7.30 am to 8.30 am or 8.30 to 9.30 am for breakfast, same for lunch and dinner. An hour is very short especially on holiday

Very loud banging of doors as soon as Cleaning staff start their days, so it’s impossible to sleep after 8.30 am. Gave feedback to receptionist and felt like she didn’t listen to anything I said… i won’t be back

Excellent location, right on the promenade & beach. Room had full sea view and came up to expectations. Very helpfull and friendly staff. Very clean & hygene was exceptional due to Covid.

An enjoyable stay in a pleasant hotel.

Loved the views from the room. Cleaning service excellent. Hotel perfectly placed for our requirements. Good choice at breakfast.

The lifts!!!!! Being on the 7th floor, we needed to use the lifts, but not enough lifts for the number of guests wishing to use them. Outside bar area lacks ambience.
